### 1. Two-Stage Approval Workflow
- Manual BUILD approval gate after tests
- Manual DEPLOY approval gate after image build
- 7-step workflow for all 20 services

### 2. SNS Notifications (80 total)
- BUILD approval needed (20)
- DEPLOY approval needed (20)
- Deployment success (20)
- Deployment failure (20)

### 3. Production Configuration
- Context: `devops-mgt-prod` (120 references)
- Runner: `tbi-local-runner/prod-win` (20 references)
- Branch: `master` only
- Clean version tags (no branch suffix)

### 4. Environment Validation
- DEPLOY_ENV must be "prod"
- Fail-fast on misconfiguration
- Staging from tbi-devops-environments

## Next Steps

### 1. CircleCI Setup (Required)

For each of the 20 services:

1. **Enable project in CircleCI**
   - Go to CircleCI dashboard
   - Add project from GitHub
   - Select service repository

2. **Configure context**
   - Ensure `devops-mgt-prod` context exists
   - Verify environment variables:
     - AWS_ACCOUNT_ID
     - AWS_REGION
     - AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID
     - AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
     - GITHUB_TOKEN
     - DEPLOY_ENV=prod

3. **Verify runner**
   - Confirm `tbi-local-runner/prod-win` is online
   - Test connectivity to prod cluster
   - Verify kubectl access

### 2. Test Workflow (Recommended)

**Start with one service**:

1. Pick a low-risk service (e.g., tbi-acc-profile-service)
2. Trigger build on master branch
3. Verify workflow:
   - ✅ Tests run
   - ✅ BUILD approval notification received
   - ✅ Approve BUILD in CircleCI
   - ✅ Image builds and pushes
   - ✅ DEPLOY approval notification received
   - ✅ Approve DEPLOY in CircleCI
   - ✅ Deployment executes
   - ✅ Success notification received

4. If successful, roll out to remaining services

### 3. SNS Setup (Required)

1. **Verify SNS topic**:
